Job summary

NIIT Foundation in India is seeking a Field Officer to deliver financial literacy sessions, register participants, and support field activities across project locations.

You will coordinate with mobilizers, set up training venues, and submit reports. A graduate with 1–2 years grassroots experience, strong leadership and communication skills, and willingness to travel are essential. Fluency in the local language and basic English and MS Office proficiency are expected.

Qualifications

• Graduate/ Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Commerce/Economics Education, Management, or a related field (preferred).
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in grassroots project implementation or team supervision.
• Open to travel and relocate at the project location.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with community mobilization and training processes.
• Fluency in the local language and basic proficiency in English and MS Office.
