Job summary

IIFL Home Finance seeks an experienced operations professional to manage housing finance workflows, including loan lifecycle activities and NACH processes.

The role requires strong accounting insight, audit support experience, and team leadership. Proficiency in Power BI and SQL will be an added advantage for data-driven optimization.

Qualifications

• Experience in operation management within housing finance preferred.
• Understanding of loan life cycle processes and their accounting implications.
• Knowledge of NACH presentation and collection procedures.
• Familiarity with loan foreclosure, partial payment, re-pricing, restructuring and rescheduling processes.
• Ability to support regulatory audit requests and ensure proper documentation.
• Experience in system enhancement of loan management systems (LMS) and BRD/UAT for related roles.
• Experience in managing a team and coordinating with stakeholders.
• Working knowledge of Power BI, SQL and other data analytics tools is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operation management in housing finance domain.
• Ensure accurate accounting entries and reconcile figures.
• Support NACH, collections, loan foreclosure and loan reschedulement activities.
• Liaise with stakeholders during regulatory audits and provide required data.
• Assist in LMS enhancements, BRD preparation and UAT for related roles.
• Lead and mentor team members to achieve targets and quality standards.
• Leverage Power BI/SQL for data analysis to drive process improvements.

• Candidate should have experience of Operation management preferably from Housing Finance Industry. Having Knowledge of LoanLifeCyclemanagement
• NACH Presentation and collection
• LoanForeclosure, Part Payment, Re-pricing, LoanRestructuring, LoanRe-schedulement
• Should have good understanding of accounting entries.
• Knowledge of reconciliation & Audit
• Support various stakeholders on regulatory audit request
