Job summary

Aditya Birla Capital seeks a Loan Origination System (LOS) Business Analyst to partner with business stakeholders, map processes, and document BRDs and FSDs for LOS enhancements. The role involves analyzing workflows, configuring LOS modules, and producing user stories for sign-off.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand loan origination processes.
• Document functional and non-functional requirements for LOS enhancements or implementations.
• Perform process mapping and gap analysis to identify inefficiencies.
• Analyze current workflows and recommend improvements aligned with business goals and regulatory requirements.
• Configure LOS modules (e.g., application intake, underwriting, disbursement) and support documentation.
• Prepare BRDs, FSDs, and user stories; facilitate workshops; secure requirement sign-offs.
• Act as a bridge between business teams, IT, vendors, and QA; support UAT planning and execution.
• Support change requests, impact analysis, version control, and smooth rollout of new functionalities.
• Define reporting requirements for loan tracking, performance, and audit trails; assist data extraction and dashboard creation.
• Provide end-user training and create SOPs.
