Job summary

Zlendo Technologies in Navi Mumbai seeks an experienced Business Analyst / Project Lead for end-to-end delivery of Loan Management Solutions (LMS). You will gather requirements, map scope to technical solutions, and drive process optimization within BFSI contexts.

You will analyze data via SQL/Excel, liaise with IT and vendor groups, manage project lifecycles, and oversee UAT and deployment of new platforms, while supporting MIS reporting for leadership.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of dedicated experience with Loan Management Systems (LMS).
• Deep knowledge of Retail and Corporate loan lifecycles.
• 3+ years of direct FinnOne experience; Pennant or Finacle a plus.
• Strong SQL querying and database fundamentals.
• Experience in support service delivery and QA with partner coordination.

Responsibilities

To bridge the gap between business needs and technology by driving the end-to-end delivery of robust Loan Management (LMS)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Requirement Gathering: Collect, analyse, and document highly detailed business and functional requirements from project stakeholders.
• Scope Definition: Map complex requirements to technical solutions while defining project scope and finalizing delivery guidelines.
• Process Analysis: Evaluate current operational workflows to identify systemic inefficiencies and engineer process optimization.
• Data Evaluation: Analyse commercial data, operational metrics, and market trends using SQL, Excel, to drive decisions.
• Stakeholder Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact between business units, internal IT teams, and external vendor delivery groups.
• Project Lifecycle Management: Plan, execute, monitor, and review ongoing project timelines, system changes, and baseline deliverables.
• Testing & Deployment: Orchestrate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and closely oversee the successful rollout of new software platforms.
• Management Reporting: Support Management Information Systems (MIS) by maintaining accurate project trackers and data points for executive presentations.

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS

• Education: Masters in Computer Science Engineering, BE, B.Tech, or equivalent Master's degree.

FUNCTIONAL AND SOFT SKILLS

• Industry Focus: Exceptional Business Analysis capabilities engineered specifically for the IT and BFSI domains (NBFC /Banks). Minimum 5 Years
• Communication: Excellent written and verbal skills, with a proven ability to translate complex technical jargon for non-technical partners.
• Adaptability: Natural capability to pivot with changing project scopes and aggressive timelines while maintaining quality outcomes.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Professional Experience: 8+ years of dedicated experience working with Loan Management Systems (LMS).
• Core Domain Knowledge: Deep understanding of Retail and Corporate business loans and their complete loan lifecycles.
• System Experience: Hands-on, practical expertise with both Loan Management Systems (LMS)
• Application Expertise: Minimum of 3+ years of direct experience working with the FinnOne application. Experience with alternative platforms like Pennant or Finacle will be considered.
• Technical Proficiency: Good database understanding with technical expertise in writing SQL queries.
• Service Delivery: Demonstrated background in Support Service Delivery Management, quality assurance processes, and partner coordination
