Job summary

Canfin Homes Limited in Hyderabad seeks a Senior Manager – Sales Operations to lead the Housing Loans sales operations, drive efficiency, and ensure regulatory compliance across the region.

The ideal candidate will bring extensive mortgage experience, strong analytics, and cross-functional collaboration skills to optimize processes, dashboards, and incentives, while mentoring a team of ops professionals and coordinating with Sales, Credit, and Operations units.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of experience in Sales Operations, preferably within Housing Loans, Mortgages, or Retail Assets in a Bank/NBFC/HFC.
• Strong understanding of the home loan lifecycle (sourcing, credit appraisal, legal/technical, disbursement).
• Experience MIS, dashboarding, and advanced BI tools such as PowerBI or Excel.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end sales operations for the Housing Loans vertical, including lead management, funnel tracking, disbursement MIS, and productivity dashboards
• Partner with Sales, Credit, Operations, and Collections teams to ensure smooth loan processing from login to disbursement
• Design and monitor sales incentive structures, target-setting frameworks, and performance scorecards for the sales team
• Drive process improvements to reduce TAT for loan approvals and disbursements
• Ensure adherence to regulatory, audit, and internal compliance requirements across all sales processes
• Manage vendor and channel partner operations, including empanelment, payouts, and performance reviews
• Provide data-driven insights and reporting to leadership on sales trends, branch/channel productivity, and portfolio quality
• Lead system/CRM enhancements and automation initiatives to improve sales team efficiency
• Mentor and manage a team of sales ops executives/analysts
• Support new product launches, campaigns, and geographic expansion from an operations readiness standpoint

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Manager – Sales Operations to lead and streamline the sales operations function for the Housing Loans business. The ideal candidate will bring strong domain expertise in mortgage/housing loan processes, sales analytics, and cross-functional coordination to drive productivity, compliance, and business growth across the region.

Key Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end sales operations for the Housing Loans vertical, including lead management, funnel tracking, disbursement MIS, and productivity dashboards
• Partner with Sales, Credit, Operations, and Collections teams to ensure smooth loan processing from login to disbursement

• Lead system/CRM enhancements and automation initiatives to improve sales team efficiency
• Mentor and manage a team of sales ops executives/analysts

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline; MBA preferred
• 8–10 years of experience in Sales Operations, preferably within Housing Loans, Mortgages, or Retail Assets in a Bank/NBFC/HFC
• Strong understanding of the home loan lifecycle (sourcing, credit appraisal, legal/technical, disbursement)
• Proven experience in MIS, dashboarding, and advanced Excel/PowerBI or similar BI tools
• Experience managing DSA/channel partner operations and incentive payouts
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Excellent analytical, communication, and people management abilities
• Familiarity with LOS/LMS systems and CRM platforms used in lending
