Job summary

Ramkrishna Pure Finance seeks an Operations Executive LAP to manage end-to-end loan against property processes from login to disbursement. You will coordinate with sales, credit, legal, and customers to ensure timely processing in line with company policies.

The role requires handling pre-disbursement checks, document execution, NACH/e-Mandate setup and accurate posting, with a focus on compliance and efficiency across teams.

Responsibilities

• Review sanction conditions, KYC, legal/technical reports and loan documentation and ensure all pre-disbursement requirements are completed.
• Coordinate with Sales, Credit, Finance and customers for documentation, approvals and resolution of pending requirements.
• Ensure execution, stamping and registration of loan/security documents and mortgage-related documentation, wherever applicable.
• Process loan disbursements, transactions, refunds, reversals and adjustments as per approved terms and authorization matrix.
• Register and monitor NACH/e-NACH/e-Mandates, including resolution of rejected/pending mandates.
• Ensure timely and accurate payment/collection posting in the LMS and reconcile bank/NACH/payment files with system records.
• Process and monitor payment adjustments, excess/unidentified receipts and reversals with appropriate approvals.
• Track post-disbursement conditions, deferrals, pending documents and security/title document custody.
• Handle operational servicing activities such as part-prepayment, foreclosure, account closure and document release, as applicable.
• Prepare and maintain daily/periodic MIS, transaction reports, reconciliation and regulatory/RBI-related data within defined timelines.
• Ensure adherence to RBI, KYC/AML, internal policies, audit requirements and maker-checker controls.
• Maintain accurate physical/digital records and ensure timely resolution of operational exceptions and audit observations.
