Zostel seeks a Central Operations Manager to architect and scale the operating backbone for its premium stays and curated experiences from the Gurgaon hub. You will stand up end-to-end property operations, define and roll out SOPs for housekeeping, front desk, and F&B, and establish reliable vendor networks for linens, toiletries, and services. You will design hiring funnels, induction, and ongoing training to embed service culture, then drive a cadence of audits and performance metrics that keep guest ratings high. The role is partner-facing as well, ensuring franchise properties operate to Zostel standards, with periodic travel for setups and audits. Candidates with proven hospitality operations leadership, process discipline, and comfort with on-ground execution will thrive in this culture-first team.

Roles:

• Stand up and scale property operations across new and existing sites
• Define, document, and enforce SOPs for HK/Front Desk/F&B with version control
• Build vendor ecosystems for supplies, linens, maintenance, and local services
• Design hiring pipelines; run induction, L1–L3 training, and cross-skilling
• Establish and maintain audit checklists, corrective action loops
• Coordinate openings, transitions, and periodic on-site reviews with travel
• Collaborate with product/tech to instrument ops data and close gaps quickly
• Raise bar on service culture through coaching, feedback, and recognition programs
