Responsibilities

• Ensure seamless functioning of services across multiple properties/centres, including vendor management, client support, and facility operations.
• Deliver timely resolution of service requests and breakdowns raised by clients or internal teams.
• Support workspace modifications and customization requests across departments to enhance client experience.
• Supervise maintenance activities including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and general repair work.
• Conduct routine facility inspections to uphold safety, compliance, and quality standards.
• Manage preventive maintenance schedules and ensure maximum uptime of critical infrastructure.
• Coordinate with external vendors (plumbers, electricians, carpenters, technicians) and monitor work quality and timelines.
• Oversee procurement, ordering, and stock levels of maintenance materials and consumables.
• Handle and track service-related tickets (backend); assign, follow up, and ensure closure within SLAs.
• Drive operational efficiency by monitoring ticket resolution and capturing client feedback.

Key Responsibilities

Operations & Client Support
