• Monitor and manage all diagnostic services, including radiology, pathology, and other diagnostic procedures.
• Ensure the timely and accurate delivery of test results.
• Supervise, train, and motivate staff, including technicians, administrative personnel, and support staff.
• Ensure adequate staffing levels and manage staff schedules.
• Ensure high standards of patient care and customer service.
• Address and resolve patient complaints and issues promptly.
• Promote a patient-centric environment and maintain patient satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and accreditation standards.
• Implement and monitor quality assurance programs.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation as per company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor revenue generation and implement strategies to achieve financial targets.
• Oversee billing processes and ensure accuracy in financial transactions.
• Manage inventory of medical supplies and ensure optimal utilization of resources.
• Coordinate with vendors for procurement of equipment and supplies.
• Ensure maintenance and calibration of diagnostic equipment.
• Identify opportunities for expanding services and increasing the center’s market share.
• Build and maintain relationships with healthcare providers, referring physicians, and community stakeholders.

• Prepare and submit regular reports on operational performance, financial status, and other key metrics to senior management.
• Facilitate effective communication within the center and with the head office.
