Apollo Health and Lifestyle (AHLL) is seeking a Branch/Center Manager in Hyderabad to oversee operations, staff, and client services at the clinic. The role requires coordinating HR, sales activities, and daily operations to ensure quality patient care and business performance.

Candidates should have 8+ years in healthcare management, capable of leading around 20 employees, and skilled in leadership, communication, and relationship building with doctors and staff.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of experience in healthcare operations or management.
• Ability to manage 20+ staff including medical technicians, nurses, front office, accounts & sales.
• Experience as Branch/Center Manager with P&L responsibility preferred.

Responsibilities

• Report to the Regional Business Manager on business plan execution, revenue and operations.
• Manage staffing, customer service, expenditure, accounts, compliance and safety.
• Drive business growth through sales executives and community health programs.
• Resolve daily operational issues with initiative; coordinate HR and sales activities.
• Schedule staff, training, vacations, overtime and shift rotations.
• Promote a sales and service culture through leadership and coaching.

Role & responsibilities

• Report regularly to the Regional Business Manager on business plan execution, revenue/financial results and operational issues.


• Manage operations: staffing, customer service, expenditure & accounts, statutory compliance and security & safety.


• Build business through his sales executives run community camps, health awareness programmers, enrolment drives; attract leading consultants to practice at the Cradle, etc.


• Requires initiative - to solve daily operational issues, HR, sales, etc.


• Responsible for staff scheduling to include work assignments/rotations, employee training, employee vacations, overtime assignment, back-up for absent employees, shift rotations, etc.


• Provide excellent customer service, manage all external & internal relations and promote a sales and service culture through personal example, coaching and staff motivation

Should have a minimum of 8 years of experience in this field

Preferred candidate profile

• Ability to deliver customer satisfaction.


• Can manage about 20 employees - medical technicians, nurses, front office, accounts & sales executives.


• Can attract and manage doctors who practice at the clinic.


• Able to pinpoint areas for improvement.


• Good leadership, inter-personal and communication skills.


• At least three years experience as a Branch Manager/Centre Manager in a reputed health care organization/ profit center (responsible for P&L).

Man management skills essential

Education:

• Graduate. Prefer a degree in Healthcare/Hospital Administration or Business.

Knowledge:

• Thorough knowledge of center operations we are looking for operational excellence.


• Knowledge of Hospital / Diagnostics Market. Desirable - exposure to Quality Management and Implementing Accreditation Standards (NABL/JCIA/NABH).
