Responsibilities

• You are in charge, responsible and accountable for all the activities that are to be held in the assigned centre to you.
• You will ensure due CARE is given by all staff to ensure patient satisfaction.
• You will ensure all your actions contribute to patient satisfaction.
• You will ensure that NO FINANCIAL LOSS will come to the Organisation and the Centre.
• You will ensure cost-effectiveness for laboratory /radiology and all other services of the HOD group.
• You will ensure all NABH-related work is maintained as required.
