Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline; MBA in Healthcare / Hospital Management is an added advantage.
• Experience in diagnostic centres, pathology labs, radiology centres, or healthcare operations.
• Strong communication, leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and operational MIS reporting.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of diagnostic centres and patient services.
• Coordinate sample collection, reporting, and centre activities.
• Oversee manpower planning, staff scheduling, attendance, and productivity.
• Monitor revenue, expenses, and centre performance against targets.

Job description

Location -: GNV Diagnostics (Gwalior)

Key Responsibilities -:

• Manage daily operations of diagnostic centres, including patient services, sample collection, and reporting coordination.
• Ensure smooth functioning of centre activities and timely resolution of operational issues.
• Manage manpower planning, staff scheduling, attendance, and productivity.
• Monitor revenue, operational expenses, centre performance, and business targets.
• Ensure high standards of patient experience, service quality, and turnaround time (TAT).
• Coordinate with laboratory, Sales, HR, finance, and central operations teams.
• Monitor inventory, consumables, equipment availability, and vendor coordination.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, safety protocols, and applicable regulatory requirements.
• Handle patient complaints, feedback, and escalations effectively.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports and performance dashboards.

Required Qualifications & Experience -:

• Graduate in any discipline; MBA in Healthcare / Hospital Management will be an added advantage.
• Relevant experience in diagnostic centres, pathology laboratories, radiology centres, or healthcare operations.
• Experience in team handling, manpower management, vendor coordination, and operational reporting.
• Strong communication, leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel and operational MIS reporting.
