Job summary

Cult Fit in Hyderabad is seeking a proactive Centre Operations Lead to manage daily functions of a corporate fitness centre. You will supervise the team to deliver exceptional member experiences and coordinate with corporate clients for seamless service.

The role requires a graduate with 0–2 years in similar roles, strong leadership and communication skills, and readiness to work onsite at the client location in Hyderabad. Immediate joiners are preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline.
• Experience in Centre Operations, Facility Management, Hospitality, Retail, or Customer Service.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in handling client relationships and escalations.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Willing to work from the client location in Hyderabad.
• Immediate joiners or candidates with short notice periods preferred.
