Qualifications

• Experience in gym/fitness retail or service industry preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Willingness to relocate to Bangalore and adapt to a fast-paced, growth-focused environment.

Responsibilities

• Own monthly targets for memberships, renewals, and upsells.
• Drive walk-in/trial conversions through effective consultations.
• Manage membership conversions with proper documentation via the portal.
• Ensure smooth daily operations and oversee class schedules.
• Oversee trainer punctuality and session readiness.
• Conduct daily facility audits for cleanliness, safety, and brand standards.
• Manage inventory and timely restocking.
• Address operational gaps in attendance, bookings, equipment, or facility.
• Build rapport with members for a welcoming environment.
• Resolve escalations; ensure smooth before/during/after-class experience.
• Capture member/trainer feedback for continuous improvement.
• Represent Cultfit's service quality as the centre's primary face.

About the Role The Centre Manager is the face of a Cultfit centre responsible for member experience, sales performance, and operational excellence. The role demands strong ownership, customer centricity, and passion for an energetic, service-driven fitness environment.

Key Responsibilities

1. Sales & Business Growth

• Own monthly targets for memberships, renewals, and upsells
• Drive walk-in/trial conversions through effective consultations
• Manage membership conversions with clean, timely documentation via the portal

2. Centre Operations

• Ensure smooth daily operations using prescribed checklist tools
• Oversee class schedules, trainer punctuality, and session readiness
• Conduct daily facility audits for cleanliness, safety, and brand standards
• Manage inventory (first-aid, water, etc.) and timely restocking
• Address operational gaps in attendance, bookings, equipment, or facility

3. Member Experience & Engagement

• Build rapport with members for a welcoming, community-driven environment
• Resolve escalations; ensure smooth before/during/after-class experience
• Capture member/trainer feedback for continuous improvement
• Represent Cultfit's service quality as the centre's primary face
