Position Overview:

The Center Head will be responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day operations at the center while maintaining strong relationships with parents, students, and internal teams. This role requires a proactive and empathetic leader who can handle both administrative and customer-facing responsibilities - ensuring excellent on-ground execution, high parent satisfaction, and consistent student retention and conversions.

• Coordinate effectively with multiple departments including Sales, Operations, Procurement, and Academics to ensure seamless execution of all center activities.
• Facilitate timely communication between teams to resolve issues and support smooth functioning.

2. Parent Communication & Relationship Management

• Build and maintain positive relationships with parents through regular and transparent communication. Share class updates, schedules, and important announcements in the respective parent WhatsApp groups.
• Act as the primary point of contact for parents, addressing their queries and feedback in a professional and empathetic manner.

3. Center Operations Management

• Conduct regular checks to ensure that the center is well-maintained and fully equipped for all classes and activities.
• Ensure all essential materials, kits, and components required for project work are available and in good condition.
• Coordinate with the procurement team for timely replenishment or replacement of components and kits.

4. Lead Handling, Walk-ins & Conversions

• Attend to every lead visiting the center for trial classes or walk-ins with warmth and professionalism. -Clearly explain the course structure, modules, learning outcomes, and fee details to parents and students. Guide them through the registration process and ensure timely follow-up for conversions.
• Collaborate with the sales team to track and update the lead status and ensure targets are achieved.

5. Class Management & Coordination

• Ensure that all classes run smoothly as per the schedule.
• Maintain updated records of instructors, student batches, and attendance.
• Ensure that students bring their kits for every class.

6. Student Retention & Experience

• Oversee the student retention process by tracking engagement and feedback.
• Identify and implement innovative strategies to enhance student satisfaction and retention rates. Gather regular feedback from parents and students to identify areas for improvement and ensure continuous enhancement of services.

7. Reporting & Accountability

• Maintain all necessary documentation and reports related to student progress, instructor performance, and operational updates.
• Share timely updates with management regarding center performance, parent satisfaction, and operational needs.
