Role Overview

  • The Center Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily center operations, ensuring high-quality childcare services, managing staff, maintaining parent satisfaction, and driving overall center performance in alignment with organizational standards.

Key Responsibilities

Center Operations Management
  • Oversee day-to-day functioning of the center ensuring smooth operations.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organized environment.
  • Ensure the center is always presentable and ready for parent visits.
  • Monitor opening and closing procedures and daily checklists.
Admissions & Parent Interaction
  • Handle parent enquiries and provide detailed information about programs.
  • Conduct center tours and explain curriculum and facilities effectively.
  • Build strong relationships with parents to ensure trust and satisfaction.
  • Address parent concerns in a professional and timely manner.
Revenue Growth & Admissions
  • Drive and achieve monthly/quarterly admission and revenue targets.
  • Plan and execute local marketing, outreach, and lead-generation activities.
  • Track inquiries, conversions, and pipeline management using CRM or internal tools.
  • Collaborate with the admissions team to improve conversion ratios.
  • Analyse revenue trends and create action plans for improvement.
Team Management
  • Supervise teachers and support staff to ensure smooth coordination.
  • Manage staff attendance, punctuality, and daily scheduling.
  • Guide and mentor team members to maintain expected standards.
  • Ensure staff follow organizational policies, grooming, and behavior standards.
Academic Oversight
  • Monitor classroom activities and ensure curriculum implementation.
  • Support teachers in planning and executing learning activities.
  • Ensure teaching quality and child engagement in classrooms.
Child Safety & Well-being
  • Ensure strict adherence to child safety and supervision protocols.
  • Monitor safety practices within classrooms and play areas.
  • Ensure timely reporting and documentation of any incidents.
Hygiene & Facility Management
  • Maintain hygiene and cleanliness across the center.
  • Ensure sanitization protocols are followed consistently.
  • Coordinate with support staff for daily cleaning and maintenance.
Compliance & Documentation
  • Maintain accurate records related to admissions, attendance, and operations.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies and standard operating procedures.
  • Handle reporting and documentation as required by management.
Staff Management & Retention
  • Supervise daily activities of teaching and non-teaching staff.
  • Ensure staff adherence to schedules, performance standards, and center policies.
  • Conduct periodic staff evaluations, coaching, and mentoring.
  • Manage staff attendance, discipline, and productivity.
  • Ensure a positive, collaborative, and professional working environment.
Student Management & Retention
  • Ensure high levels of student satisfaction and engagement.
  • Monitor student progress, feedback, and concerns; resolve issues proactively.
  • Conduct retention analysis and implement strategies to minimize dropouts.
  • Ensure timely communication with parents/students regarding programs and updates

10. Escalation & Complaint Management

  • Act as the first point of contact for handling student/parent complaints.
  • Resolve operational or academic issues promptly and professionally.
  • Escalate unresolved issues to higher management with proper documentation.
  • Maintain an escalation tracker and ensure closure within defined timelines.
