Job summary

InstaHelp by Urban Company is looking for a Recruitment Lead to manage the full lifecycle of service professional recruitment, from sourcing through onboarding to training and integration. You will drive category-wide initiatives and collaborate across marketing, technology and product teams.

You will build efficient supply chains for service professionals, design training programs to ensure quality, and identify friction points to drive measurable improvements for both customers and partners.

Qualifications

• 6 months to 2 years of work experience in New age Internet Companies, Manufacturing, FMCG & FMCD, Retail, Automotive or Beverages Industry
• A bias toward action and results - someone who gets things done rather than getting stuck in analysis
• Comfort working at pace in an environment where priorities shift and clarity emerges over time
• Willingness to own problems end-to-end and find solutions on the ground rather than from behind a desk
• A mindset of going beyond the job description to create real impact for the business

About the role:

• Manage the full lifecycle of service professional recruitment within your assigned category, from identifying and sourcing candidates through selection and onboarding to training and integration
• Lead projects designed to strengthen how customers interact with the platform and how service partners experience working with InstaHelp
• Work across marketing, technology and product teams to plan and deliver both category-specific and company-wide initiatives
