Job summary

Urban Company, Asia's largest home services platform, is seeking a Category Manager in Indore to drive partner onboarding, training, and post-approval performance. You will own screening, training operations and quality improvements for the partner base.

You will collaborate with marketing, tech, and product teams to deliver category projects and enhance customer and partner experience in a fast-paced environment.

About the Role & Team

• Category Manager is responsible for driving quality operations like good selection of partners and their post-approval performance. This would primarily involve running screening and training operations and improving the quality of the existing partner base
• This includes end-to-end ownership of the initiative, including problem solving, analysis, process improvement, execution
• Support Business Heads in BAU category management activities related to partner performance
