Job summary

Urban Company is seeking a Category Manager to own partner onboarding and post-approval performance. You will help screen and train partners, drive selection and escalation processes, and support business heads with BAU category management activities.

You will collaborate with marketing, technology and product teams to implement category and central-level projects, in a fast-paced environment requiring problem-solving and outcomes focus.

About the Role & Team

• Category Manager is responsible for driving quality operations like good selection of partners and their post-approval performance. This would primarily involve running screening and training operations and improving the quality of the existing partner base
• This includes end-to-end ownership of the initiative, including problem solving, analysis, process improvement, execution
• Support Business Heads in BAU category management activities related to partner performance

What you'll do:

• Drive onboarding of great service professionals in the category - involves thinking through the full supply chain - selection, training and escalation management of partners.
• Be part of projects that are focused on improving customer and partner experience
• Collaborate with cross-functional internal partners in marketing, technology and product to execute multiple category and central level projects
