Job summary

Earnmodes is seeking a seasoned recruitment professional in India to manage the complete lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding. You will partner with hiring managers to design effective hiring strategies and source candidates via job portals, LinkedIn, referrals and social channels.

You will screen resumes, conduct initial assessments, shortlist candidates and coordinate interviews, ensuring a smooth hiring process and a positive candidate experience.
