Job summary

Coppergate in Mumbai is seeking a proactive Admissions Counselor to guide prospective learners, understand career goals, and recommend executive education programs. You will drive admissions through consultative sales and ethical, customer-centric counseling.

The role involves counseling students and working professionals, handling inbound and outbound leads, explaining courses, fees and outcomes, and meeting revenue targets by maintaining CRM records and coordinating with internal teams.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication, confidence, fluency and sales aptitude are mandatory.
• Hardcore outbound sales experience preferred.
• EdTech experience preferred but not mandatory.
• Education: HSC accepted; Graduate/Postgraduate preferred.
