Job summary

Impactica Solutions is seeking energetic Career Development Executives to counsel prospective learners, assess career goals, and drive admissions through consultative inside sales. You will explain program details, eligibility, and outcomes, while following up to convert leads into enrollments.

Must have graduate/postgraduate background with strong communication, sales aptitude, and high energy. BPO experience is not applicable; experience in hardcore outbound sales is preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate/Postgraduate degree preferred.
• Experience in hardcore outbound, non-field sales.
• EdTech sales experience preferred but not mandatory.
• Strong communication, sales aptitude, confidence and high energy.

• Understand learner requirements and recommend relevant programs.
• Explain program details, eligibility, fees, and career outcomes.
• Follow up with prospects and convert leads into admissions.
• Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
• Maintain accurate lead and activity records in CRM.

Requirements

• Graduate/Postgraduate preferred.
• Experience in hardcore outbound, non-field sales.
• EdTech sales experience is preferred but not mandatory.
• Strong communication, sales aptitude, confidence, and high energy.
• BPO experience is not applicable.
• Candidates with stable career history are preferred.

Work Schedule

Monday to Saturday | 10:00 AM 7:00 PM
Timings may extend based on business requirements.
