Job summary

Qriocity Ventures in Chennai is seeking fresh, motivated sales talent to contact leads via phone, WhatsApp, and other channels. You will understand student goals, explain course features, and guide applicants through the admission process.

This role offers a fixed salary with performance-based incentives, quarterly bonuses, and growth into senior sales or sales manager positions. Freshers with good communication can apply in a dynamic EdTech environment.

• Contact leads through phone calls, WhatsApp, and other channels.
• Understand the student’s career goals, requirements, and current skill level.
• Explain course features, curriculum, benefits, fees, and learning outcomes.
• Conduct follow-ups with interested leads and convert them into enrollments.
• Handle objections related to fees, course duration, placements, and course value.
• Maintain accurate lead and follow-up records in the CRM.
• Build a good relationship with students throughout the sales process.
• Coordinate with the academic/support team when required.
• Stay updated about the company's courses, offers, and admission process.
