Job Description

• Provide pre-sales counselling and advise the students regarding admission services (MBA/BBA/Law/CUET) and test preparation.
• Achieve enrolment as well as collection targets for MBA/BBA/Law/CUET/BANK & SSC admission consulting enrolments.
• Generate walk-ins from COLD CALLING telephonic leads, leads from other sources and referrals.
• Mobilize the student groups for Career Launcher initiatives and programmes.
• Responsible for operations processes / formalities at the center.
• Responsible for driving business for the assigned center.
• Hardcore sales with generating walk-ins at center through ATL promotion and local marketing.
• Proactively up-selling and cross-selling relevant products.
• Comply with the batch plan and effectively communicate the schedule of batches to students and parents.
• Capture accurate client information on inquiry form and timely enter the same in the system.
• Ensure KYC compliance of the enrolled students.
• Proper maintenance of inventory and timely issue of kits to students.
• Share information on various courses, test prep products, application process, and deadlines on a proactive basis.
