The role involves handling inbound/outbound leads via calls, WhatsApp, and emails, achieving enrollment targets, and coordinating with academic and operations teams for smooth onboarding.

Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline; preferred fields: education, management, or related
• 1–4 years in academic counseling / inside sales / edtech sales
• Strong communication and persuasion skills in Hindi & English
• Basic understanding of CLAT / IPMAT exams (preferred)
• Target-driven with a student-first approach
• Comfortable with CRM tools and calling platforms

Responsibilities

• Counsel students and parents regarding CLAT & IPMAT programs
