The Captain will work closely with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of orders, as well as monitor cleanliness, presentation standards, and adherence to safety and hygiene protocols. This is a full-time, on-site role based in the Pune District, requiring hands‑on leadership and an active presence on the floor throughout operating hours.
