Job summary

Crown Solutions in Noida is seeking immediate joiners for US Payroll on a 6-month contract with Capgemini and Crown payroll. Candidates must have 2+ years of US payroll experience and be willing to work night shifts.

The role requires proficiency in US payroll processing cycles (weekly, bi-weekly, monthly), strong MS Excel, MS Word, Outlook, and good English communication. Location is Noida, 5-day workweek, cab provided.

Qualifications

• Candidate must have 2+ years of US Payroll experience.
• Experience in US Payroll processing: weekly/bi-weekly/monthly and off-cycle payroll.
• Proficient with Time & Labor, Overtime rules, and payroll compliance.
• Strong MS-Excel/MS-Word/MS-Outlook usage and good English communication.

Responsibilities

• Process US payroll cycles (weekly/bi-weekly/monthly) accurately.
• Handle payroll events: new hires, terminations, transfers, off-cycle processing, retro processing.

• * Candidate having 2 years of experience in US Payroll
• * Experience in - US -Payroll Processing - Weekly/Bi-Weekly/Monthly and Off Cycle Payroll Processing. New Hire, Termination, Transfer and Overpayments, Retro Processing, Good Knowledge of Time & Labor and Overtime Rules
• * Excellent knowledge of MS-Excel and MS-Word & Outlook
• * Should be willing to work in night Shift
• * MS office (MS Excel in particular will be an added advantage)
• * Good Communication (written and verbal) and comprehension skills in English
