Job summary

PERSOL is seeking a US Payroll Specialist in Navi Mumbai (Airoli East) to manage end-to-end US payroll processes for a 1-year assignment. You will work on US/Canada payroll differences, benefits, taxes, and compliance, while leveraging advanced Excel skills to validate data and ensure accuracy.

The role requires 3–5 years of experience in a similar function, strong English communication, and the ability to thrive in an MNC environment. On-site work with pickup/drop facility provided.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of US payroll experience in a corporate setting.
• Proficient in US/Canada payroll rules, benefits, tax, and Social Security.
• Strong Excel skills and data validation experience.
• Available to join immediately or with up to 30 days notice.

US Payroll Specialist

Position: US Payroll Specialist

Contract: 1 Year

Experience: 3 to 5 Years

Location: Airoli East

Working days: 5 days

Shift Timings: 3:30 PM to 12:00 AM

Transportation: Pickup and drop facility available

Key Responsibilities & Skills

• Handle end-to-end US payroll processing.
• Strong understanding of US and Canada payroll operational differences.
• Knowledge of mandatory benefits, Social Security, taxation, and payroll compliance.
• Experience in payroll validations and payroll operations.
• Strong English communication skills.
• Experience working in MNC environments preferred.
• Excellent Excel skills are mandatory.
• Candidates serving immediate notice or up to 30 days notice period preferred.
