Job summary

Capgemini is seeking a US Payroll specialist in India (Dadri region) with 2–4 years of experience in US payroll processing across weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly cycles, including off-cycle processing. The role requires strong MS Excel/Word/Outlook skills, knowledge of Time & Labor and overtime rules, and a willingness to work night shifts with clear written and verbal English communication.

Candidate will handle payroll tasks, ensure accuracy, and coordinate with HR and finance teams to maintain

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in US Payroll.
• Experience in US Payroll processing weekly/bi-weekly/monthly and off cycle Payroll.
• Good knowledge of Time & Labor and Overtime Rules.
• Excellent knowledge of MS-Excel, MS-Word & Outlook.
• Willing to work night shift and communicate effectively in English.

• Experience in - US -Payroll Processing - Weekly/Bi-Weekly/Monthly and Off Cycle Payroll Processing. New Hire, Termination, Transfer and Overpayments, Retro Processing, Good Knowledge of Time & Labor and Overtime Rules
• Excellent knowledge of MS-Excel and MS-Word & Outlook
• Should be willing to work in night Shift
• MS office (MS Excel in particular will be an added advantage)
• Good Communication (written and verbal) and comprehension skills in English10

• What is payroll cycle can ask to confirm all important days in payroll cycle
