Job summary

Orcapod Consulting Services is seeking a payroll professional with 2–4 years of US payroll experience to join our operations. You will handle weekly, bi-weekly, monthly and off-cycle payroll processing, including new hires, terminations, transfers, and retro adjustments.

Strong MS Excel and MS Word skills are essential, and night shifts are required. Excellent English communication and knowledge of time & labor rules will support accurate payroll delivery and compliance.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of US payroll experience.
• Experience with weekly/bi-weekly/monthly payroll and off-cycle processing.
• Knowledge of time & labor and overtime rules.
• Excellent MS-Excel, MS-Word and Outlook skills.
• Willing to work night shifts.
• Good communication in English.

Responsibilities

• Handle US payroll processing for weekly, bi-weekly, monthly and off-cycle cycles.
• Process New Hire, Termination, Transfer and Overpayments; retro processing.
• Apply overtime rules and Time & Labor knowledge.
• Maintain MS Excel, Word, and Outlook usage.
• Communicate effectively in English.
