Protiviti India is seeking a Consultant to join our payroll outsourcing team in Noida. The role involves end-to-end payroll processing, compliance, and client support to ensure accurate payroll delivery for clients.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of experience in payroll outsourcing within a consulting or staffing environment, strong knowledge of Indian payroll regulations, and proficiency in payroll software and MS Office.

Responsabilités

• Payroll Processing: End-to-end payroll for clients, including calculations and deductions.
• Compliance Management: Ensure payrolls comply with statutory requirements.
• Client Support: Serve as the primary contact for client inquiries on payroll.
• Data Management: Maintain accurate payroll data and employee records.
• Statutory Reporting: Prepare PF, ESI, PT, TDS, etc., on time.
• Software Utilization: Use payroll software effectively for tasks.
• Documentation: Keep detailed records of payroll transactions and changes.

Key Responsibilities:

• 1. Payroll Processing: Process end-to-end payroll for clients, including calculations, deductions, and compliance with statutory requirements.
• 2. Compliance Management: Stay updated with Indian payroll regulations and ensure clients' payroll processes are in compliance with all applicable laws.
• 3. Client Support: Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and provide expert advice on payroll-related matters.
• 4. Data Management: Maintain accurate payroll data, employee records, and documentation.
• 5. Statutory Reporting: Prepare and submit all statutory reports, including PF, ESI, PT, TDS, and more, in a timely manner.
• 6. Software Utilization: Utilize payroll software and tools effectively to manage payroll tasks efficiently.
• 7. Documentation: Maintain detailed records of all payroll transactions, changes, and communications.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
• Experience in Indian payroll processing and compliance.
• In-depth knowledge of Indian payroll regulations, tax laws, and statutory requirements.
