Job summary

Vidal Health Insurance is looking for candidates to manage inbound calls regarding policies. Responsibilities include following up on claims and guiding customers through procedures.

The ideal candidate should have at least graduation or be a fresher, with the ability to communicate in Tamil and English. This position requires working on a rotational shift, six days a week.

Qualifications

• Graduation or below graduation is required.
• Ability to read and write in Tamil and English.
• Experience as a fresher or prior experience acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls related to policies.
• Follow up on Pre-Auth cases with the internal team.

• Update daily tracker to escalation team.
• Guide the customer about claims procedures.
• Providing information related to Scheme.
