Job summary

The Kids Clinic in Bengaluru is seeking a proactive call center executive to handle inbound and outbound calls, book appointments, and provide information on Cloudnine services and maternity packages.

You will resolve queries within SLA, update CRM after every interaction, and handle multitasking across specialties with strong verbal communication and MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal communication skills.

• Basic computer knowledge including MS Office.
• Experience with CRM/Call Centre applications and appointment booking is preferred.
