Job summary

WAE India in Dadri, Uttar Pradesh, is seeking a Caf Operations Manager to oversee daily cafe activities, ensure SOP compliance, and uphold brand standards. You will manage shifts, monitor service and food quality, and conduct routine audits to deliver a superior customer experience.

You will drive sales, track KPIs, lead the cafe team, handle manpower planning and coaching, and control inventory and costs. The role also requires P&L focus, cash handling, and compliance with health and safety

Responsibilities

• Manage daily caf operations and ensure smooth functioning of all shifts.
• Ensure adherence to company SOPs, operational standards, and brand guidelines.
• Monitor service quality, food quality, hygiene, and overall customer experience.
• Conduct regular operational checks and audits.
• Drive sales and achieve monthly business targets.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and identify areas for improvement.
• Implement local store marketing and promotional initiatives to increase sales and footfall.
• Focus on customer retention, upselling, and overall guest satisfaction.
• Lead, motivate, and develop the caf team.
• Manage manpower planning, staff scheduling, attendance, and productivity.
• Conduct team briefings, training, coaching, and performance reviews.
• Support hiring and onboarding of new team members.
• Manage inventory levels and ensure timely ordering of products and supplies.
• Monitor food costs, waste, stock variances, and operational expenses.
• Conduct regular stock checks and ensure proper inventory rotation.
• Monitor caf P&L and work towards achieving profitability targets. Ensure accurate cash handling, billing, and daily reconciliation.
• Maintain compliance with food safety, hygiene, health, and statutory requirements.
• Ensure all required reports and records are maintained accurately.
