Job summary

Kruti Retail Ventures is seeking an experienced Cafe Operations Manager to oversee daily cafe operations, drive sales growth, and lead a team to deliver outstanding customer experiences.

You will ensure high standards of quality, hygiene, and safety, manage POS and inventory processes, and analyze sales trends to identify opportunities for improvement while coordinating with other departments.
