• Greet guests warmly and provide prompt, courteous service.
• Take orders accurately and handle transactions (POS/cashless systems).
• Address customer questions, preferences, and special requests.
• Resolve basic service concerns professionally and elevate when necessary.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations, counters, and dining areas.
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and health compliance standards.
• Restock supplies, ingredients, and disposables.
• Monitor inventory and communicate replenishment needs.
• Support opening and closing procedures.
• Adhere to client site policies, dress code, and security procedures.
• Coordinate with the on-site hospitality/operations team.
