Job summary

Nuvoton Technology Corporation is seeking an experienced semiconductor sales professional in Delhi to drive revenue and expand the regional customer base in embedded and automotive segments.

The candidate should have 4–6 years of sales experience, a relevant electronics degree, and the ability to engage with R&D HoDs and key decision makers. The role involves regional strategy, leadership of distributor/FAE teams, and active product promotions.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years in active semiconductor sales.
• Graduate engineer in Electronics/Electrical or MSc Electronics.
• Self-motivated with flair for meeting R&D HoDs & decision makers for building demand creation.
• Well acquainted with West/North region customer base in embedded & automotive domain.
• Good knowledge on MCU & systems; eager to learn and take on challenges.

Responsibilities

• Identify and prospect target customers for focus products.
• Strategy implementations for result oriented tasks on regional level.
• Leading regional distribution Sales & FAE teams for demand creation activities.
• Responsible for revenue growth & revenue targets for assigned accounts under guidance of regional manager.
• Product Promotions & Sales activities.
