• Experience in strategic sourcing and cost reduction

Responsibilities

• Strategic Sourcing involving part price settlement of electrical components such as wiring harness, horns, FLS, relays, fuse box, battery cables etc.
• Evaluation & negotiations of value engineering / cost reduction proposals
• Capex / investment settlement (FTG, Injection & stamped tools)
• Material cost control & price amendments through effective management of ECN/RoCM
• Commodity study for strategy formulation
• Effective closure of open audit action points by coordination
• Zero based costing
• Legal agreement negotiation
• Data Analytics by leveraging technology to identify cost reduction opportunities
