Mahindra And Mahindra Ltd. is seeking a Strategic Sourcing professional for electrical components. You will handle price settlements, vendor negotiations, and value engineering initiatives to optimize costs and compliance across projects.

Qualifications

• B.E./B.Tech in Electrical Engineering or Electrical & Instrumentation Engineering.
• 4–8 years of experience in strategic sourcing or procurement.
• Experience in electrical parts sourcing and cost reduction initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic sourcing and part price settlements for electrical components.
• Evaluate and negotiate value engineering and cost reduction proposals.
• Capex / investment settlement and instrument tooling cost control.
• Data analytics to identify cost reduction opportunities and process improvements.
