Job summary

Mahindra And Mahindra Ltd. is seeking a Commodity Management professional with 4–7 years of experience in sourcing, supplier assessment, and cost optimization. The role focuses on strategic sourcing, supplier evaluation, and capex settlement for automotive components.

You will drive cost-reduction initiatives, manage capacity planning, and leverage data analytics to improve procurement decisions across multiple trims and assemblies.

Qualifications

• B.E./B. Tech in Mechanical/Production/Automobile is required.
• 4 to 7 years of experience in commodities or GET/GATs with 1 year experience considered for smaller commodities.

Responsibilities

• Develop sourcing strategies and manage supplier selection and assessment.
• Oversee commercial settlements for various trims and components.
• Drive cost containment through value engineering and TCO management.
• Monitor capacity planning and address de-bottleneck issues.
• Benchmark technology and cost; leverage data analytics for analysis.
