Job summary

Mahindra And Mahindra Ltd. is seeking an experienced procurement professional for strategic sourcing of hydraulics, harnesses, and rubber/plastic parts in manufacturing. You will lead cost analysis, supplier negotiations, and vendor onboarding to ensure continuity of supply and value.

Ideal candidates have 10–14 years in industrial procurement, strong analytics, and a global mindset. This is a senior role requiring cross-functional collaboration with SSU, accounts, and manufacturing leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Engineering or Bachelor of Technology in Mechanical or Automobile.
• 10-14 years of relevant experience.
• Industry focus: Manufacturing as per preferred industries.

Responsibilities

• Cost estimation, negotiation, and price settlement of proprietary hydraulics, harnesses and rubber/plastic parts.
• Active sourcing to map completion and new trends for own commodity.
• Empanelling proprietary and spare parts planning vendors as per platform targets.
• Coordinate with SSU leadership, accounts, plant heads, and vendors to resolve issues.
• Collaborate with supplier quality team to ensure timely development.
