Job summary

Mahindra And Mahindra Ltd. is seeking a procurement professional for managing end-to-end purchasing, from requirement receipt to order closure, including local and imports. You will strengthen supplier base, drive cost optimizations, ensure timely delivery, and implement governance across purchasing processes.

The role requires BTech/BE and 3–5 years of experience in procurement, with strong negotiation, vendor management and contract skills. Hybrid working options may be available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Technology or Bachelor of Engineering required.
• 3–5 years experience in procurement or sourcing roles.
• Experience in cost control, negotiation and supplier management.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for cost, conduct and governance of purchasing process guidelines as per policy.
• Procurement of MHE, EOT, manipulators, X-Y rails and tackle, machine peripherals, medical equipment and canteen equipment.
• Receipt to payment and closure of purchasing orders including requirements alignment and vendor selection.
• Local and imports purchasing procedures; finalisation of AMC and rate contracts.
• Ensure quality and timely delivery of material; develop alternate sources for cost saving and timely delivery.
• Maintain process adherence in purchasing and periodical MIS generation and monitoring.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders like User, Accounts, GST Team, etc.

Procurement of MHE, EOT, Manuplators, X-Y rails and tackle, Machine Periferals, Medical Equipment and Canteen Equipments etc

Well versed with system Documentation and Responsible from receipt of requirements, alignment of requirement, vendor selection, Inviting quotations, Negotiation, Ordering, Material Receipt, Payments and closure of Purchasing orders.

Local and Imports Purchasing procedure

Finalisation of AMC and Rate contract.

Ensuring quality and timely delivery of material.

Developing alternate sources for cost saving & timely delivery.

Ensuring process adherence in purchasing.

Periodical MIS generation & monitoring.

Co-ordination with intenal & external stakeholders like User / Accounts / GST Team / etc.
