Responsibilities

• Provide personalized and professional service to guests.
• Handle guest requests, in-room dining, and F&B service.
• Maintain knowledge of resort facilities, menus, and guest services.
• Ensure proper table setup, serving, and presentation.
• Coordinate with F&B, Housekeeping, Front Office for seamless service.
• Anticipate guest needs and provide prompt assistance.
• Handle guest complaints professionally and escalate when required.
• Maintain grooming, hygiene, etiquette, and confidentiality.

• Coordinate with F&B, Housekeeping, Front Office, and other departments for seamless guest service.
• Anticipate guest needs and provide prompt, courteous assistance.
• Handle guest complaints and requests professionally and escalat when required.
• Maintain high standards of grooming, hygiene, etiquette, and confidentiality.
