Job summary

SmartRecruiters, Inc. is seeking a luxury butler to deliver personalized guest experiences and seamless service across all touchpoints. You will manage unpacking, packing, garment care, and in-room dining, while coordinating itineraries and special amenities to delight high-profile guests.

You will mentor junior staff, lead daily briefings, and ensure seamless collaboration with Front Office, Housekeeping, and F&B. A discreet, detail-oriented professional is essential to uphold brand standards.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee all aspects of butler services, including unpacking and packing, garment care, laundry arrangements, shoe care, and special amenities.
• Manage guest itineraries, restaurant reservations, transportation arrangements, and personalized experiences.
• Oversee in-room dining setups, beverage service, and special occasion arrangements.
• Ensure guest suites and designated areas are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness, presentation, and organization.
• Monitor service quality and ensure compliance with luxury hospitality standards and brand requirements.
• Supervise, coach, and mentor Butlers and Junior Butlers to ensure service consistency and excellence.
• Conduct daily briefings and ensure effective communication within the Butler team.
• Assist in onboarding and training new team members.
• Evaluate performance and provide constructive feedback to support professional development.
• Lead by example through professionalism, integrity, and exceptional guest service.
• Collaborate closely with Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, Concierge, Engineering, and Security teams to ensure seamless guest experiences.
• Communicate guest preferences, special requests, and service recovery actions to relevant departments.
• Ensure accurate documentation and handover of guest information between shifts.
• Uphold the highest standards of etiquette, protocol, grooming, and confidentiality.
• Ensure compliance with hotel policies, safety procedures, security standards, and local regulations.
• Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms and service areas.
• Identify opportunities for service enhancement and operational improvement.
