Job summary

Della Group in India seeks a Senior Butler to lead the luxury Butler team, delivering personalized service and coordinating with F&B, Front Office and Housekeeping. The ideal candidate will manage VIP guest needs, train staff in etiquette and product knowledge, and ensure grooming and discipline across shifts.

Experience of 5–8 years in a Senior Butler/Head Butler role and a Diploma/Degree in Hotel Management are preferred; strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the Butler team to deliver personalized and luxury guest service.
• Manage VIP, repeat, and high-profile guest requirements with attention to detail.
• Ensure professional service standards are maintained throughout the guest experience.
• Coordinate with F&B, Front Office, Housekeeping, and other departments for seamless guest service.
• Handle guest requests, preferences, special occasions, and complaints professionally.
• Conduct daily briefings, allocate duties, and monitor team performance.
• Train and coach Butler team members on service standards, etiquette, grooming, and product knowledge.
• Maintain accurate records of guest preferences and ensure effective handovers between shifts.
• Monitor grooming, hygiene, punctuality, and discipline within the Butler team.
