Allegis Group invites applications for a People Consulting – Business Transformation Change Manager to lead and deliver OCM/HR transformation initiatives. You will craft change management strategy and framework, manage resistance, plan trainings, and drive readiness across stakeholders.

Qualifications

• OCM Certified from PROSCI
• PMP / Prince2 Certification preferred
• Experience in Business Process Management

• Industry experience with government, healthcare, retail, telecom, etc.
• Extensive end-to-end IT transformation project management experience
• 10+ years in a Business/Corporate IT environment
• Experience leading changes on major IT transformations
• Experience with global teams
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Fluent English written and spoken

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement Change Management Framework and plans

Role: People Consulting – Business Transformation Change Manager

Job Summary

Change manager is responsible for managing and delivering OCM/HR transformation projects to schedule, budget and quality. The role requires excellent knowledge of coming up with Change Management Strategy, Change Management Framework and strategy, Change management plan, Resistance management and Training. Also expected to manage such projects end to end and understanding on project management inter-related process stages i.e. initiate, plan, execute, monitor and control and close, and the supporting processes e.g. scope, cost, time, issue, risk, resource, communication, stakeholder management. Change Manager must have proficient stakeholder relationship management skills and influencing skills to successfully lead and deliver the project team and project stakeholders.

Skills Requirements

• OCM Certified from PROSCI
• PMP / Prince 2 Certified
• Business Process Management
• Proven previous experience in interacting with Senior members of Ministry, CTOs, COOs, with internal Partners etc. is a must
• Business Process Improvement experience – Lean Six Sigma (Green Belt certified -desirable)
• Hands on experience in any of the industry leading BPMN tools
• Industry experience – anyone or combination of Government, Healthcare, retail, telecom, oil and gas, BSFI, airlines, manufacturing, food and beverages etc.
• Extensive experience in End-to-End Project Management – preferably in strategy and business
• 10 plus years of relevant experience in a Business / Corporate IT environment and
• Experience in leading Change management in major and complex IT transformation projects
• Experienced in working with global team
• Management skills to manage a number of projects simultaneously
• Experience in understanding customer strategy, services and business processes
• Business Analytics knowledge
• Strong team working skills across matrixes - client, supplier and geographically dispersed virtual teams
