Job summary

PwC India is seeking a seasoned Change Management professional to drive adoption and readiness across large-scale technology and operating model transformations. The role focuses on developing and executing adoption strategies, stakeholder engagement, and multi-channel communications across global teams.

The ideal candidate will lead end-to-end change efforts, manage resistance, and build project management artifacts for delivery, ensuring sustainability and post-go-live reinforcement.

• Experience managing resistance and driving adoption across global organisations.
• Lead communications and change interventions for impacted teams.
• Expertise in multi-channel communications, from leadership messaging to employee campaigns.
• Capture, document, and standardise processes, SOPs, and working practices.
• Measure adoption and support reinforcement activities post-implementation.
• Comfortable working across UK and US stakeholder groups and time zones.
• Comfortable building Project management artifacts for end to ed delivery.
