Job summary

Jobtailor in Karnataka seeks a capable Business Systems Analyst / Product Owner to lead discovery, capture and align requirements for CRM/ERP initiatives. You will map current and future processes, identify gaps, and collaborate with developers and stakeholders to ensure delivery readiness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years in Business Systems Analysis, Product Owner, or hybrid BA/QA/Delivery roles within software delivery.
• Experience supporting CRM/ERP implementations; Salesforce experience is highly desirable.
• Experience with system design, integrations, workflows, and dependencies.
• Proficiency in visual mapping tools (Lucidchart or Visio).
• Experience with story management and backlog organization using JIRA & Confluence.
• Product Owner or product-oriented delivery experience preferred.
• Agile/Scrum exposure or certification (CSM, Scrum Foundations).
• Interest in process improvement (Lean, Six Sigma).

Responsibilities

• Surface risks, ownership gaps, and cross-functional dependencies.
• Support stakeholders through UAT and post-go-live hypercare.
• Establish consistent intake, requirements, and documentation standards.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, documentation, and delivery scalability.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Management, Information Management Systems, or a related field


• 3+ years of experience in Business Systems Analysis, Product Owner, or hybrid BA/QA/Delivery roles within software delivery environments


• Experience supporting CRM, ERP, or enterprise system implementations; Salesforce experience highly desirable


• Experience working closely with software development teams on system design, integrations, workflows, and dependencies


• Advanced proficiency in Lucidchart, Visio, or similar visual mapping platforms


• Practical experience using JIRA and Confluence for story management, backlog organization, and documentation


• Product Owner or product-oriented delivery experience strongly preferred


• Agile/Scrum exposure or certification (CSM, Scrum Foundations)


• Interest in process improvement (Lean, Six Sigma, etc.)
