Job summary

Jobtailor in India is seeking a seasoned Business Analyst with expertise in SAP SuccessFactors to capture detailed HR and talent management requirements, design integration needs, and document workflows.

You will partner with stakeholders, draft BRDs and use cases, develop test plans, and help manage change as SAP SuccessFactors implementations evolve across teams. The role requires 5–8 years of experience and a Business Analysis certification.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to document requirements for Talent projects including SAP SuccessFactors integrations.

• Design and implement data integration solutions ensuring secure data flow between SAP SF and other systems.
• Create comprehensive BRDs, process maps, use cases, and relevant documentation.
• Develop test plans and scenarios to validate SAP SF integrations against business needs.

Job description

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand and document detailed requirements for Talent projects, including SAP SuccessFactors modules and data integration needs


• Analyze existing Talent processes, identify areas for improvement, and recommend solutions that leverage SAP SuccessFactors and other technologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness


• Work closely with technical teams to design and implement data integration solutions, ensuring the accurate and secure flow of data between SAP SuccessFactors and other systems


• Create comprehensive and clear business requirement documents, process maps, use cases, and other relevant documentation to guide project implementation


• Develop test plans, scenarios, and conduct testing to ensure the functionality and integration of SAP SuccessFactors meet business needs and quality standards


• Facilitate effective communication between business stakeholders, project teams, and technical experts to ensure a shared understanding of project objectives and progress


• Collaborate with change management teams to support end-users in adapting to new systems and processes resulting from SAP SuccessFactors implementations


• Identify and address project issues and risks related to SAP SuccessFactors and data integration, escalating when necessary to ensure timely resolution


• Participate in process improvement initiatives, suggesting enhancements to business processes and system functionality

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; additional certifications in business analysis or SAP SuccessFactors preferred


• Proven experience as a Business Analyst with a focus on Talent systems, SAP SuccessFactors, and data integration


• 5 to 8 years of industry experience preferably in Talent
