Job summary

Telecomatics in Coimbatore seeks a proactive Business Analyst to work closely with customers, stakeholders, product owners, project managers, designers, developers, and QA teams to define business requirements and translate them into actionable functional specifications.

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and communication skills, experience in Agile product development, and track record of delivering enterprise web and cloud applications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2-3 years of relevant experience, ideally in enterprise software product companies.
• Strong communication and Agile/Scrum experience.

Responsibilities

• Requirement elicitation through stakeholder discussions, workshops and sessions.
• Translate business needs into user stories, BRDs, FRDs, SRS and acceptance criteria.
• Support backlog creation, grooming, sprint planning and release planning.
• Ensure proper traceability and documentation governance.

• Maintainprojectdocumentationrepositoriesandrequirementtraceabilitymatrices.
• Ensurealldocumentationfollowsorganizationalstandardsandgovernanceprocesses.
